Board the Disco Bus
 We went to masquerade at Bali Lane to rent our costumes. :)
If you are interested renting costumes for whatever event,
Masquerade is the stop.
They have tons and tons of costumes. :)
They are renting out to students at the price of $35.
It is located at 26 Bali Lane Singapore 189862

 Afro Wig rocks the whole events.
I can at least see 10 people with Afro Wigs.
I know I looked very funny with the wig. :x

The place plays rock and roll music. Very interesting.
And the toilet marked with either an O or an I.
O is for the ladies and I is for the Gents.
Well you should know why. Haha!

Mrtat's one got threw away by Zack.

His Afro wig rocks man! And yeah he is damn nice.

But I couldnt rememember where.
Till Ericia told me that he is in the macdonald's commercial.
And he is super amp, loud and damn fun loving.
And of course cute!! :p

They are not in costumes lor. Made me feel really stupid.
But nvm lah. They are so young, fun loving and pretty.
And they thought we were part of the crew. Hahaha!!!

Raven is the new girl on 98.7fm and she is very very pretty and friendly.
I like her and she has this deep sexy voice.

She was in Afro wig too but took it out when we were at the last stop.
And she caught me unaware when I was leaving with mrtat.

For a moment I was kinda shocked
But I returned her kiss when she moved on to my right.

Of all people, it is almost impossible to see mrtat get drunk.
But well he did! and he was dead drunk after downing almost 15 shots.
He slept everywhere from the tables at Thumper to the toilet to the pavement.
And that was when I met 4 very nice men.
First it was this guy who was confused about the toilet in Thumper
And I gave him direction to which was the gents.
He came out slightly later and asked if I was waiting for friends?
I told him that my bf is in the toilet for quite some time already.
And he offered to help me and literally hop and climb to peek into the cubicle.
Then he came out, hold on to my shoulder and said:
"Hey sis, apparently he is sleeping on the toilet bowl."
Then he helped me to call out him and knock on the cubicle door.
Thanks dude though I know it is very not possible for you to read it.
I appreciate it. :)
Second it was Zack who bought mineral water and sandwiches for mrtat.
Told me what I should do and sorta console mrtat.
Saying he's being there and done that. :)
And he stayed till I make sure I got help from a friend before he left.

In my midst of my desperation, I gave a call to a friend.
I'm not sure if he would want me to name him in my blog.
(Though I named him before.)
He came all the way down to Thumper and sent us back home. :)
And helped me carried mrtat back to my place
And making sure that mrtat is all settled down before leaving.
How sweet!!!!
I hope mrtat didnt dirty the car else we will feel very bad about it.
Anyway thanks dude. Sorry to have gave you some trouble.
Without you, I would have been very helpless.

And in between while waiting for our friend to come,
this uncle came over and asked if I needed help.
But as my friend was parking his car, I told him my friend is here and thanks him.
And the uncle smiled at me and asked me to take care.
Such people are very hard to come by cos quite a no of people walked past us
But they either say goodnight to me or just asked if mrtat was all right.
Well I could say I really enjoy the whole thing.
Alot of my firsts and definitely enjoyed myself.
Except for having to take care of my fatty ass mrtat.
Well for people who wasnt dead drunk before, pls dont get urself into the shit.
According to mrtat, the feeling is terrible esp the next morning.
We called that hang over.

Radio-Active
If you heard 98.7fm today, I'm on air.
The moment when they called me, I was like shivering in my cold office.
Happy delighted shocked and very much amused.
My very first time hearing myself on air, and I thought I sounded really kiddish.
When I called mrtat to tell him I won the tix, he thought I was lying.
I participated in the Song to Squeeze game and I'm the first to get it right.
And I got a pair of invitation to join the 98.7fm crew on a disco bus.
They are gonna stop at 4 places namely Thumper, Taboo, Butter Factory and MOS.
Drinks are going to be on them.
Well mrtat played a part in helping me win the tix so he is gonna be my partner. :p
The criteria is that we need to be in disco costumes!
I am pretty excited about the trying of costumes tomorrow. :)
How how YEAH!!!!!
Except for the fact that I am supposed to meet my unimates to go Sentosa.
Feeling very sorry and paiseh about it.
I decided to meet them early at the station to pass them the Cheesecake.
Anyway I went to the Tough Jeans opening party today at Heeren.
Pretty nothing much lah. I'm not really into their jeans.
But if you are interested, they are opened at The Heeren Level 2. :)

a bday on an exam day is a screwed up day
Is there any possibility that the exam time table will change?
I just realize that my 1st paper starts on my bday.
Well, I suppose this is going to be a gloomy bday this year with the exams.
Plus, I am not having a mass celebration like I always do.
And I cant go for a short bday treat with mrtat also.
Because we are having the 2nd paper the next day.
How wonderful indeed!!! :(
Met up with Aiai and Eileen (my 2 princesses).
You dont know how hard it is for me to date them lah.
Like needed booking 2 weeks in advance.
I had a really nice dinner at Azabu Sabo.
The cold noodles damn shiok can!!! Craving for it already.

She helped me bagged back 2 boxes of Q10 eye masks

The plus point is that we can flash the card and free entry to zouk.
How cool is that!!! No minimum income, $500 credit limit.

give me a chill pill
I'm having monday blues recently.
Every mon, I go to work in my simplest outfit with glasses & minimal makeup.
Boo! I hate monday blues.
However I recieved a pretty shocking sms.
Last friday while listening to the radio,
I decided to participate in a sms contest for fun.
And well I won a pair of invitation to Tough Jeans opening party.
I seriously know no shit about it.
I know it is some kind of party but I didnt think I would get the invitation.
Darn! And now I couldnt find a shit on the internet about it.
I am fretting over what to wear.
I hope they give door gifts that contain vouchers. Whahahahaha!! :x
Meeting my 2 lovely princesses tomorrow.
It has been a long time. I miss them very muchie!
Since NDP is approaching, I went to look at the photos we took at NDP'06.
And boy I miss my long hair extension.
Not much ppl had seen it beside mrtat, James, Linus, Emily, a few uni friends like Elaine, Eugene and Pat.
I want my long hair!!!!!

Mrstat loves singing
With so many programs, I ended up going for one only.
Val cant make it for the bbq so I gave it a miss.
But I miss her very much. And Jo shall we go for some coffee session?
I miss you too.
Anyway CCC aka CH to the power of 6 treated us to Klunch.
Why to CH the power of 6? All thanks to James.
CCC is now Chief Chef Charles Chan Chee Cheong.
Cool name ya!!! Haha. :x
I shall have my entry dedicated to him though I know he dont read.
As someone said I am not being fair.
Cos I barely knew pretty Ericia for less than a year
And I dedicated an entry to her.
So he made me to promise to dedicate entries to all 5 of them.
So I shall kick the ball rolling by starting with CH to the power of 6.
A friend I know since poly.
When we first started poly, he was always the first to get notes and textbooks.
And I was so disgusted by his kiasu-ness. :x Keke.
He turned out to be someone very nice actually.
Very happy-go-lucky and dont get disturbed by anything. Always in smiles!
He doesnt really care how others make fun of him and just be the way he is.
Also to mention, he slowly show his true colours.
And was always the last to know that we have to print notes. Whahaha. :x

Love from Joana
Met up with Joana and Sharon (OCBC) for dinner and some catching up.
We went to Clementi pratas cos we love the pratas there. :)
Anyway I found out about the new uniform and concept of OCBC.
And about more juicy news and updates.
As usual going out with mummies, I get to hear alot of mummies & babies talk.
Lil Charlene is still as naughty as ever.
The pratas still taste as good as ever. :)
Thanks for the prata treat and the lift home.
And I collected my loots from Joana.
My 2nd JunkFood Tee, lil miss bad.
And that day I wanted to purchase the dainty masks from Joana.
But she offered me to give it to me. So sweet of her lah!!! Muacks.
She asked me to choose from the many different types of mask.
And I got the Rose, Lycopen (Tomato) and Lotus Mask.
She added another for Fiona face mask for me.
AND on top of that, she threw in 2 sticks of mascara reccommended by 女人我最大.
So so uber uber sweet of her.
And that lil blue bottle is a sample given by her supplier.
It is supposingly used for removing of dead skin cells at the T-zone area.

Said no to plastic bag
I read Dawn's blog and saw this really cute "I'm not a plastic bag" tote bag.
I thought it was really cool. And decide to research a lil about it. :)
This cute tote bag is designed by Anya Hindmarch and it is a collaboration between
Anya Hindmarch and global social change movement We Are What We Do.
This is actually launched to help reduce the usage of plastic bags.
Kinda like an eco-friendly products yet chic.
I means look at the reuseable bag we bought from NTUC.
It is apparently retailing at Anya Hindmarch store for 5 pounds.
But with the reports of famous celebrities such as Keira Knightly, Lily Cole, Xuan Xuan and Reese Witherspoon seen with the bag, people are selling the bag on ebay at more than a hundred bucks.
The bags is sold out in every part of the world if I am not wrong.
When it was launched in US and UK, everyone is queueing up to get their hand on it.
And I also read that when it was launched in Taiwan,
A fight broke out and hence the supposingly few pieces that is supposed to be put on sales in Singapore at On Pedder is not going to happen. How sad!
And the authentic bag, if it is going to be sold here,
Would be retailing at SGD$25.
And I see sprees quoting $40plus for the bag and its authencity isnt gurantee.
For a moment, I nearly fork out $46 to get it.
But I went around to do more research on it and yesh I decided not to get it.
If the authentic is only going to cost $25 why would you pay $46 for something that the authenticity isnt guarantee at all.
Doesnt make much sense to me. :x

We love the clouds
Yea, finally my genting trip is finalized.
Though it is only Genting, I will enjoy myself with mrtat.
Finally someone to immerse within the cloud with me.
We are going via Grassland but not taking the royal VIP coach,
Jus the normal coach.
I thought it was rather cheap with the 1 for 1 night offer.
$164 for 2 person to go for a 3D/2N trip.
I want to go to the mushroom farm and have a feast.
I want to go to ripley's believe it anot.
I want to play in the theme park.
I want to catch a movie at Genting.
And maybe have a ktv session also. Keke!!
I cant wait for my genting trip.
And after this trip I will save for my proposed BKK trip at the end of the year.

What is so special about 21st July?
This coming saturday seems execptionally popular for an outing.
I have got different groups of friends planning events on the exact same day.
Today I recieved my 5th outing notifications.
1st Y Gina and Jy planned a Uni Sentosa gathering.
And I think we are going for some sight seeing.
2nd Y It's CCC bday on that day and he is treating us to Klunch!
Yeah!! Been craving to sing. :p
3rd Y Elena invited me to join her and her bf for a game of bowl.
The sweet girl that I havent got the chance to meet and want to meet
4th Y Weilian msned last night and asked if I want to join her and shujia at Sentosa.
And I thought to myself that I could group hop.
5th Y And just today Val sent me an sms.
And asked if I wanna go to a sec BBQ class gathering at alwin's place.
The good news is that Sentosa is strike off from itineary.
Uni Sentosa outing if put off till next Saturday
Because Layling cant make it on this saturday.
And Weilian & Shujia Sentosa outing is also put off till probably Sunday
Cos the girls is going for brazilian on Saturday! Ouch!!!
Anyway the only confirm is Klunch. Yeah!!! Happy!!!
I really wanna go meet Elena, but I dont bowl and the venue is kinda far.
I dont know which part of the map is it at. :x
As for the BBQ, I will go only if Val is going.
I kinda realized that the 2 of us always go for such gathering
Only if both of us can make it. My bestie in secondary school. Love!
Anyway the point is why is 21st July a popular day for events?
Mrtat gave a rather lame answer when I asked him.
"It's racial harmony day mah. So everyone wants to gather together."

Loving love it
I dont know how to begin with.
Well, friends who follows my blog religiously should know
I write about problems with mrtat every now and then.
Instead of treating it as just another grouses from me,
All of you wrote sweet words and encouragement for me.
With sweet samantha smsing me even though we are not very close.
And I am very very touched.
I know I am being very silly.
But it was hell for me lah.
I am glad that mrtat didnt lose his faith in me,
And gave me all the support and faith I needed. :)
Anyway on friday met up with my unimates for more boardgames. :)
We went to Pitstop Cafe.
I had the Mum's special which was Chicken Lasagne but I think it wasnt that good.
Give me fish and chips anytime. However the guys said the steak is GOOD!
Anyway we play saboteur which is damn fun lah.
And we dont seem to get bored of it. -_-|||
I am very bad at lying lah. Keke!!!
Forgot to mention, while waiting for our meal, we played this game.
Not sure what is it called.
But anyway I like the lil' toy kid which looks like mrtat.
And apparently he is hungry too!!!
And this is super funny lah.
I dont mean to make their name sound like panties or what.
But I wrote patrick's and izaac's name together and it became patiz.

What I like about pitstop is that they take a group photo for all pitstoppers.
Then you can purchase the photo at a dollar.
And the would print the photos for you on the spot. :)
I scanned it and the colour looks horrible. Bleah!
And we spent more than a hundred an get to be a member.
The last time we went, the card was given to Elaine.
And this time I got the card. Keke!!
Soon everyone in the group will be able to have one. Lovely!!
But the gaming time is too short cos we spent a long time eating.

Nevertheless I had fun and I guess everyone had fun.

This is my first time joining his friends for a gatherings.

And well a couple of them is very amp lah (not very surprising).

Mrstat is engaging in self loathing!
It had been a bad week and I had been hiding it.
Crying doesnt seem to solve the problem.
I have been trying my best to keep the cheerful side of me.

Sing with Ericia!
Finally after 3 hrs of editing, the photos are done. :)
I think among all my different groups of friends,
This is the group that will have photos taking at every outing. Keke!!
Though they might be the "youngest" group (as in the yrs I know them),

 Sharon Bug reserved a 8 person room.
But they had run out of medium room
And so they gave us an XL room for 30 people.
We were amazed by the super big room with a centralized "bed".
But somehow the room is a lil too big for comfort.

The girl I once knew as esumi_q
I remembered I first chat with her about long beaded necklace on a thread on FP.
Then I saw her post in the What Are You Wearing Today thread.
To say the truth, I totally love her dress sense.
And I soon notice that this girl has a very sweet smile with a very cute dimple.
Then finally one day I saw her blog link on the new LD and I went to her blog.
And it is the beginning of the online friendship we had.
I cant tell you how impressed I was with her.
Sometimes her blog can get a lil' profound with poems and litsey fartsey entries
Though I am not someone who appreciates such stuffs,
It goes to show that she is not only pretty but also someone with substance.
And hence I thought she belongs to the Ang Mo Pie (AMP).
Well anyway I tagged on her bloggy often and soon we exchanged msn.
And finally we decide on a meetup.
I still rememeber being very excited about the meeting with her, zhen & esther.
Something I want to mention about the msn convo I had with her before the meetup.
To further prove my AMP point.
Gelatologist: "Erm do you all speak in chinese or english."
Fly Me to the Moon: "We usually converse in mandarin."
Now you know the difference between a AMP and CP.
(In case you are wondering, CP = Chinese Pie.)
Anyway long story short,
My very first impression of her:
Very pretty, petite, "AMP" (Ang Mo Pie) and definitely not shy.
Till now my impression of her remain still besides the "AMP" part.
Heh Heh Heh!!!

tired and hungry
Clock Check. 4.48am in the morning.
I dont have to mention that I am working tomorrow.
And I have to reach by 10.30am which means I have to wake up at 8.30am.
Tired Tired!!! I think my skin is getting from bad to worst! Boo!!!!!
And I am feeling all hungry without a proper dinner. :(
Singing 5hrs of KTV is no joke. Going to have a sore throat soon!
But hey all these is all worth it because it is Ericia's bday.

work work work
This should show u how much I love my black skinny.
I wore it 3 days our of 4 days.
It turn boring office wear to something I can wear out right after work.
Okie dont have to remind me that my office wear isnt very office wear.
But nobody said anything so yup I am going to continue to dress like that.
And tomorrow is dress down day! I am happy!!!!!
Mrtat and I are becoming working freaks.
We took up a weekend job. Part of the decision to work was to help his friends.
Nevertheless it is just a short 5 hours of roadshow work for the next couple of weekends! :) And my first time working with mrtat!
Somehow I have a bad omen about it. Keke!!!

HELP!
Caught Hot Fuzz with mrtat today.
Super duper funny lah.
I had like the guys ever since I caught Shaun of the Dead.
Anyway you wont believe the price i paid for my tickets.
$11.44 for a pair of tickets which is is like $5.70 for one tix.
Well in case u are wondering, the original price of the tix is $6.50.
But my UOB card gives me an additional 12% discount! ;)
Okie I need some help here.
I think most people know I would love to own a Sony Cybershot T10 or T100.
But apparently my cousin who works in Canon
Told me that Sony T-series camera aint very good.
So now I am having 2nd thoughts.
And he reccomended this 2 cameras to me.
Wondering if any of you can review on the cameras to me.
Or any other better cameras that you can reccomend.
I seriously need help.
Canon Ixus 950 IS
My cousin will be able to get it direct from Canon
And he could give me a special price.
I kinda like that it is a lil' bulky but I think it doesnt have a play button.
And I find that it isnt very sleek in design.
But function and specification wise, I think it is up to my standard.
Sony Cybershot W80
Okie I totally dont dig this design.
But my cousin is very against me getting anything from the T-series.
Oh well. And this seems kinda like an old design.
And I dont get very good reviews from my friend but my cousin reccomended it.
Though he is not working for Sony,
he said he could help me get a good price too.
Cos he got fellow lobangs.
I am so lost. And I need a camera badly.

I do appreciate!
No I am not going to complain about my job. Haha.
I love my new job for the moment.
And you wouldnt believe who I saw at the company.
My long lost primary schoolmates. Not one but 2 to be exact!!!
You get the hype!!! Gosh the world is too small already. :)
And there is more shock to it.
A girl from PFM is also working temp in the company.
I still cant comprehend how small the world is.
My office is at the 44th floor and u get to see great sea view.
It is totally love. I would snap a photo when I have the chance ya.
For now, make do with the pretty and clean toilet in the office building.
Gosh I am starting to feel really pai seh liao.
Weini came back from HongKong with a Marie tee for me.
So sweet of her lor. Ahh I cant tell u how much I love my friends.
And Eileen sweets just left for a holiday to Taiwan on Sunday.
And I got her to help me bagged those Q10 eye masks which works wonder.
I am starting to feel a lil shy and pai seh
Cos I know I keep asking ppl to help me bagged stuffs home. :x
And my sweet friends never once reject me!
I can never say how much I appreciates their help and their love
Even when they are overseas.
And and my lil miss bad is here!!

Eat and Live
I love the food at East Ocean Restaurant. Absolutely love.
The only hate is the kung fu tea which we had before and after the meal.
It is so so bitter. ~Bleah~
Pardon the lousy photo.
But this is the best dish I ate for the night.
And also the best scallop I had ever eaten.
The soup is so heavenly!!!!!
Anyway I finally got a taste of linus no full-stop sms.
I was like feel with so many question marks after reading his sms.
The point is he has a gift bought by debbie for me when he came back.
But he misplaced it and he just found it in his sis' room.
My skully scarf!! Thanks to the lovey dovey couple.
Cant wait to recieve it. Hehe!!!!
And I got my black skinny from BV today.
It is the cheapest jeans I have ever bought in my life. Haha.
But I love it. Can wear it for work and still look chic. :x
And I shall get the dark grey one before school reopens. Yipee!!
Cos even if I buy now also not much chance to wear.

A week of updates!
I havent been updating my social circle life lately.
But I want to be able to look back and smile at the people I meet in my life.
Though mundane and flat, I still have to blog them down. :)
These are the people who bought colours to my lifes.
Met up with frabelle sweets to MNG sales on Monday.
A last minute short outing with her before we meet up with our respective bfs.
Frabelle looks good in Mango clothins cos of her height and slim figure.
I can never look good in Mango clothings so that is some savings there. :)
I had talked about Tuesday and shall give it a miss.
I usually make it a point to eat dinner at home twice or thrice weekly.
And since I had dinner outside on both monday and tuesday.
I decided to stay home for dinner and head out to find the girls after my dinner.
Sorry I couldnt decide what to wear and hence was late.
Still I walked out with some weird combo.But heck lah!
Only reached there at 9pm plus. So sorry babes. My sincere apology!!
We went to Ambrosia near Haji Lane to chill out.
A really cosy and quiet place to chill out.
And I make a new friend, Rosaline.
She dont look her age and very chatty and bubbly!!! :)
And very pretty as well.
And thursday I stayed home and completed my Heroes.
I didnt really like the ending though.
And I did some housework like vaccumming. Or maybe just one housework.
But I had a great day alone at home!!
Completing things that I should be completed before I start working on monday.
And friday, Kailing msned me in the morning & told me the gst offset package is in.
Whee!!! Very happy lah!!! $200 not considered alot but still it a bonus. :)
Anyway I met up with mrtat for dinner and some shopping.
We went to xin wang for dinner.
And with every main course we can order this ham and egg set at $1.
The greedy us of course order it. Keke!! :)
I love the ham although it is a lil' salty.
And I like mrtat's cute expression. Took it while he was talking to me.
Been a long long time since I post up things I bought.
Been pretty lazy lah! Anyway I got 2 rings and a pair of earring from Diva.
I absolutely heart chunky and quirky rings lah.
And I just have to grab them home. Loves!!!!
I thought the earring could be put into use for our upcoming theme. Hee!
And the Zara dress that I spent more than half an hour to try due to the queues.
I love the yellow roses and it is too yummy to put it back to the racks. :)
To add to the must buy factor, it is on sales and costs only $19.90.
Now is there enough reasons for me to grab it home. :p
And on Saturday, met up with Zhen, Bug and mrtat to watch transformers.
I am not really someone who appreciated CGI but it is definitely a must watch.
Fantastical show!
Though I get a lil' confused when it comes to the fighting scene
Cos the Decepticons are all silver/grey in colour. -_-
My favourite autobots is none other than bumble bee
When I was young, my favourite colour is yellow.
I love Laalaa from teletubbies because it is yellow.
I like bubbles from ppg because it has yellow hair.
And so naturally I heart bumble bee because it is yellow! :D
Anyway we had a mini theme preparation.
We went to try the leather jacket!!!
Me & Zhen looked like some flasher while Bug & mrtat looked like some cool bikers.
We look really funny lor! Me likey likey!!
And we tried to do the cool cool look.
I think I failed miserably. I thought the rest nailed it.
I need more practise and somehow I cant let go of my signature victory sign.
Oh well!!!
Zhen left to meet her friends and so mrtat, bug and I went to FEP to find Elaine.
I got them to help me to tape the new Fannwong's show. Hee!!

And mrtat did some shopping today and I didnt.
He bought the Kettler Cast Iron Weights which he had been wanting to get.
Heard that Cast Iron last longer than Rubber weights even though it is cheaper.
Not sure on how true is it but yeah decide carefully before buying. :)
Anyway I wanna mention that I love strong man.
They give me a sense of security.
And just maybe I should go trained up my already loosen muscles. Boo!
He also bought a new cap because he loves the baseball logo at the back!
I think such baseball caps are becoming very popular.
Just the other day I wanted to order online for mrtat.
But I almost puke out what I was drinking that day when I saw the shipping amount.

The shipping of the cap to singapore is actually more than the cap itself.
I thought it was pure madness lah and so I eventually forgo the idea.
The baseball cap is definitely not worth more than $100.
Though I had seen much more expensive caps such as those from Ed Hardy but I believe for Ed Hardy you paid for the unique design and the really good handicraft.
Anyway that is about it, summarized my last week of happiness.
Grandpappy is treating us to East Ocean Teochew Restuarant at Lido later in the evening.
Talking about this I forgot to mention something that happened last weekend.
Long story short, basically my er yi saw a woman kneeling and kow-towing at the back of my grandpappy's lorry with a tin of rice and some white papers.
She looks like she is kowtowing to the vehicle number.
And know what, my ah gong's vehicle no came up 1st prize in 4D the exact same day.
It sent cold chill down my spine.
But anyhow that is why grandpappy is treating us. :)
